1. General
- Amraana is a registered brand that sells ethnic wear such as suits, sarees, and dupattas sourced from and inspired by Indian regional crafts.
- We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Products & Descriptions
- While we aim to represent our products as accurately as possible, minor variations in color, weave, print, or embroidery may occur due to the handcrafted or fabric-dyed nature of certain products.
- Some products may be inspired versions and not authentically handloomed or handmade. We clearly mention such distinctions wherever applicable.
3. Pricing
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.
- We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure payment gateways.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes and product categories.
6. Returns & Exchange
- Due to the delicate and sometimes made-to-order nature of ethnic products, we only offer exchange or store credit in select cases.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- There is a mismatch in the product received (wrong size or item).
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email to: support@amraana.com
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or dispatched.
- To cancel your order, you can either click the cancellation button on the order summary page or email us at support@amraana.in with your Order ID within the 6-hour window.
- Custom-made, pre-order, and made-to-order items are non-cancellable.
- Eligible refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Amraana reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failure, or unserviceable addresses.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website—including images, text, logo, design, and brand identity—is the intellectual property of Amraana and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Disputes & Governing Law
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
- We comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and relevant e-commerce guidelines.
