Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically take 3–10 business days to reach you, depending on your location.
We use trusted courier partners with tracking facilities.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
Standard shipping charges may apply below that amount and will be visible at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select products and pin codes.
An additional handling fee may apply for COD orders.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Delays or Unforeseen Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues. We’ll keep you informed in such cases.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be launched soon.
Due to the delicate and sometimes made-to-order nature of ethnic products, we only offer exchange or store credit in select cases.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- There is a mismatch in the product received (wrong size or item).
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email to: support@amraana.com
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
